Welcome to YogaMoves, the website of Sadie Chanlett-Avery. Based in Oakland, CA, I am a certified yoga teacher and certified personal trainer with a unique approach to yoga, fitness and movement. With each class and client I emphasize:

    Even within the context of a large group class, I provide individual feedback, varied levels of difficulty and freedom for students to modify their practice. My private sessions allow the students to delve into specific issues such as healing an injury, approaching challenges or achieving fitness goals.
